Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to counselling sessions and meditation programs offered through this website. Please review the applicable terms before making a payment.

Counselling Sessions

Cancellation or Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a counselling session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.

With at least 24 hours’ notice, the amount paid may be transferred to a rescheduled session.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are generally not eligible for a refund or transfer.

Where an unexpected emergency or exceptional circumstance occurs, the situation may be considered individually.

Multi-Session Plans

If you have purchased a multi-session counselling plan and decide to discontinue before using all sessions, you may request a refund for the unused sessions.

For the purpose of calculating the refund, sessions already attended will be charged at the standard individual session rate of ₹2,000 per session, rather than the discounted package rate. The remaining balance, if any, will then be refunded.

Example: If a 4-session plan of ₹7,600 is purchased and two sessions have been attended, the two completed sessions will be calculated at ₹2,000 each. The remaining ₹3,600 will be eligible for refund.

Sessions that have already been attended, missed without notice, or cancelled outside the permitted cancellation period will be treated as used sessions for the purpose of this calculation.

Missed Sessions

If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will ordinarily be considered completed and the fee will not be refundable or transferable.

Late Arrival

If you join late, the session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time so that subsequent appointments are not affected.

Cancellation by the Practitioner

If a counselling session needs to be cancelled by the practitioner and a mutually suitable alternative cannot be arranged, the amount paid for that session will be refunded or adjusted toward a future session, according to your preference.

Meditation Programs

Monthly Membership

Meditation membership is offered on a monthly basis.

Once a monthly program has begun, the membership fee is generally non-refundable and non-transferable, including where a participant is unable to attend some of the scheduled sessions.

Membership can simply be discontinued by choosing not to renew for the following month.

Demo Classes

The ₹100 demo-class fee is non-refundable once the demo session has been attended.

If you subsequently join the monthly meditation program, the ₹100 demo fee will be adjusted toward your first month’s membership.

If a scheduled demo class is cancelled by the practitioner and an alternative session cannot be arranged, the demo fee will be refunded.

Missed Meditation Sessions

Because meditation sessions are offered as part of an ongoing monthly program, missed classes are not individually refunded, credited, or carried forward.

Technical Difficulties

Participants are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and device for online sessions.

If a session cannot proceed because of a significant technical problem on the practitioner’s side, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide an appropriate adjustment.

Technical problems arising solely from the participant’s device, internet connection, or environment do not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved under this policy, it will be returned through an appropriate available payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment service involved.
